Municipal Water Infrastructure & Lift Station Installation in Russellville, KY

23-foot-deep excavation for infrastructure upgrades to the Brookhaven Lift Station in Russellville, KY. Installation included a new lift station, multi-pump system, concrete valve vault, structural steel, retaining walls, security fencing, and advanced SCADA electrical controls required for modern municipal water management.

National Home Improvement Retailer Construction in Bowling Green, KY

Site utilities, concrete, and mechanical work for a new retail construction project. Scope of services included installing infrastructure for fire line, water, sewer, storm, and gas; constructing retaining walls and footings, curbs and gutters, concrete paving, sidewalks, and storage rack pads; and installing rooftop HVAC units, gas piping, unit heaters, exhaust systems, ductwork, and an emergency generator.

Educational Institute Construction in Bowling Green, KY

New construction project encompassing a 180,000 sq. ft. facility. Project work included concrete foundations, floor slabs, geofoam-supported tiered seating and stairs, stamped concrete at the courtyard and main entrance, sidewalks, curb and gutter, paving, bollards, an elevator pit, concrete planter walls, and a concrete roof slab above the gymnasium and tornado shelter. Additional services included structural steel framing, stainless steel cable railing, wet and dry fire protection systems, fire line and sanitary sewer installation, and painting work consisting of joint sealants, caulking, surface preparation, priming, block filling, painting, and sealing across concrete, masonry, walls, soffits, ceilings, door frames, and metal surfaces.

Freight Service Center Facility in Bowling Green, KY

Construction project work for a 19,128 sq. ft. service center for a freight shipping facility. Services rendered included a structural steel building with new office space, 45 dock doors, structural steel framing on tilt-up concrete wall panels, electrical systems, lighting, gate system wiring, plumbing for water, sewer, storm and gas, and fire protection systems serving the office and dock areas.
