Concrete

Structural Steel
We are a vertically integrated structural steel contractor, capable of incorporating all elements of a project from detailing to fabrication and field erection. Our fully integrated team manages a project from start to completion, assuring a quality result completed safely and on time.
Our in-house detailing function allows faster turnaround of design, saving project time. Our state of the art 22,000 square foot, shop provides for fabrication of large projects with assurance of quality. In addition to standard material handling and fabrication equipment, our facility includes a CNC beam line drill, plasma cutter for plate burning, angle machine, and 4-roll plate roller for tank fabrication.

Pre-engineered Steel
We are an industry-leading pre-engineered metal building erector and post construction maintenance contractor focusing primarily on buildings from 10,000 to 300,000 square feet. We are proficient in complex roof applications, including steep slope and standing seam, EPDM and TPO, and are capable of meeting manufacturer requirements for weather tightness warranty.
Stewart Richey is an authorized Kirby Building Systems dealer, and has been selected as Builder of the Year 2017-2022, but we also have experience in and are capable of erecting a multitude of Pre-Engineered Metal Building Systems. Our crews install mezzanines, suspended walking tracks, as well as retro-fit and replacement roofing systems.
